I still cannot use the coupon codes from the week 2 tier 2 rewards. And customer support hasn't helped resolve this matter.

Which code are you trying to use? The PA coupon of the Free item coupon?
Both at separate times, but the one I'm after is the free bundle code. I've tried deleting my cookies, I've used different browsers, I've used different computers, and I've submitted two support tickets. But to no avail. My tickets have been open for nearly a week. I've tried copy and pasting the codes, I've tried them on different items, I've searched the help center, and I've made sure I was entering the coupons in the correct box. Anybody here have a suggestion?

Yes, they are generic codes - they need to be activated on the account to work as far as I know. Exactly which products are you placing in your cart?

I'm just trying with the M5 Pro Bundle. And I've done the copy and paste thing with no success.
Edit: yes I do see the claim your week 2 rewards message.
Do you possible have a space before the code when your pasting it in? Even if it don't look like there is I still click behind the first letter and backspace. MS Excel does that. I can past an email in a cell and it won't show as a link. I have to remove that none existent space

If you have the former pro pack in your cart, and you are using the correct code, then I would file a customer service request.

I have checked for spaces and there were none. I have the pro bundle in my cart, not the suite. And I have submitted support tickets. Still nothing.
Have you been able to use the other codes without a problem?
I can now use the 44% off code and the $6 off $30, but not the bundle code.
It is now the last day I can use the codes, and still no help from Support.
Customer Service can manually generate an order to get a product into your Product Library so I'd just sit tight until your ticket is processed. They will take care of you if you're qualified to get a Tier 2 Pro bundle and you're unable to generate the order yourself.
That's a relief.
