Fog - and the Advanced DAZ Studio Light Bundle

Just one Question…
I'm desperately seeking for some good solution for Rain an Fog (near the ground) I have the Fog Toll III and the Cameras, but what i saw in the promo for the SHARE M Advanced DAZ Studio Light Bundle would be what i'd like to have… especially the Rain (Image with the troll) and the fog near the ground like in the one image with the light from above…
So, please don't tell me it's all postwork! ;)
Does anyone know how it was made?

    Than i'll have to try out… Till now i didn't succeed to make something like this with FT-III
    :/
