Bought 'No Suit for Genesis 8 female' and need to know.....

Just purchased the "No Suit for Genesis 8 female" by RawArt.  And I would like to know the workflow of how to load a Genesis 8 female character into 

the suit.  See attached image to see what I have so far.  And if you could tell me how to subtract pieces of the suit on the face to reveal it.

Also would like to know where the morphs are to make the ears
