DE Heidi for Genesis 8 Female - Missing Textures

Trying to use Heidi by Dark Elf - when I go to apply her iray lash materials, I get an unable to load texture (missing texture) error:

runtime/textures/darkelf/kari/de-kari-lashes.jpg

 

Anyone else have this issue?

Hi Katherinepoche, I, David, have also confirmed for you and myself that there does seem to be a error here! I have this character also. What is most confusing for me is that it is searching for a /darkelf/KARI/.. folder where there is no such folder in the textures/darkelf directories...there is a folder named HEIDI as should be as this is where the textures for heidi are found. there is no /de-kari-lashed.jpg anywhere on my disk that daz is installed to. NOR do i have a character named kari from Dark Elf, I do have two other's : Alice and Deanna in the runtime/textures/...location. So, Yes, something is messed up here. Hope this helps?

EDit added> I noticed that the 3delight lashes seem to work ok..at least they load ok

Sounds like you need to already own https://www.daz3d.com/de-kari-for-genesis-8-female for DE Heidi's lashes to work, thought DE Kari is not listed as a requirement.

And yet, the product page does state, under Heidi Full Character Preset that there is a Heidi Lashes Apply/REM.

You should both submit support tickets, by looking at the top of this (or any Daz3d page) for the 'HELP' button.

I'm glad to know it's not just me because this is the 3rd product I've had texture call outs (aka missing textures) for in the past week.  I already started a help ticket for Desiree having a call out for V7 eye brows. I guess this will be the next one.
