Is anyone else unable to buy anything at the moment?

I submitted a ticket.

But whenever I go to place the order. After the processing dial spins, it being me back to my shopping cart and says that it's empty.

I have 60 gift card store credits that I can't use at the moment...I really want to get a few things that are on sale, but I can't.

Even free items won't process.
