AoA graphic camera + Atmosphere cameras ... Fusion ?

Hi all ,
as part of my comic book project, I need your help about a thing I don't understand... Atmospheric cameras.
Explanations:
For that project , I didn't want a realistic rendering but a visual close to a manga or this kind of things.
In the project history, I tried some intersting things like Manga Shader, PwnTool , etc, but most of the time, the shader had to be applied on each part of the models of the scene. Really difficult knowing all my scenes are already composed with hundreds of elements, and still a lot of work in front of me.
So , in our beloved forums , somebody advised me on the use of Age Of Armour's graphic camera, that is exactly what I was looking for : a generated graphic effet directly in the camera itself. No need to lose time applying a shader (too late ... In the others case , If I had known I would have started with that right from the start).
The problem ( yes , excuse my english, I'm french, I'm a bit long to explain things lol ) is that I have to use atmospheric process to create a kind of fog inside my scenes. A pollution fog in a futur urban city. And it's the point I need you so much lol
For exemple :
In that case , the police car is flying to the depths of the city. I used the Marshian's "Above the Fog" prop, to simulate a kind of layer of pollution. I used it because I could. The fog is not generated by a fog camera. And that's my problem :
Once inside the city , the car must be in the fog. The problem is that I can't use the Above the Fog prop. I could by rotating it and give the same impression as the picture from before , but hey... It's not the subject. I want something cleaner :D
Well, someone else advised me on the use of Atmosphere Camera , from the same Author. F*** yeah ! That's exactly what I was looking for... The problem is the camera. I can't use the fog camera of AoA in the same time as the graphic camera.
So that is my question : how can I get a fog , or an atmospheric ambient in my scene while using the graphic camera ?
I'm a but lost about that , I never used volumetric fog or these kind of things... I eard about "Easy Volume Camera" etc , can somebody help ?
Thanx a lot !
(For the anecdote, I wondered if I was not going to render the scene in keyshot, for example , and import the pic as a baground, to composite the scene... But 1 , keyshot reads badly the .obj import, and 2, I'm sure that all is possible inside DAZ ^^ )

Fog can also be achieved using layers of planes with wispy fog- or cloud-like images. This technique is used in both 3DL and Iray for some performance increase, as authentic volume effects are very slow to achieve realistic results without using a special camera shader. There are a number of atmospheric props that you could use to add fog to the scenes, but it might take a bit of work to place them strategically so that you don't see them intersecting with objects such as the walls or vehicle. You basically place them between the camera and the subject, and maybe in the background to give some depth to the effect. Search the store for products with fog/smoke/clouds/atmosphere and you should have a good selection.
Bonne chance...
