Adding products to a picture, getting red X

Hi guys,

I've got a small problem when trying to add a product to a picture, I'm getting a red X no matter what I try so obviously I'm doing something wrong.

I've tried adding just the text that pops up when you start typing your text in the input box
I've tried inputting the www link (with and without https://)

So what's the right way to do it? Because I'd really like to give credits to the creators of the products I'm using to create my renders.
Sorry for the noob question and thanks in advance for the help

    Are you talking about the Gallery? Isn't that red X just there so you can delete the item, in case you selected the wrong item or change your mind about listing it? If i'm misunderstanding, post a screenshot of what you are seeing.

    Yep it's in the gallery, damn I thought it was red X for making a mistake on the link, my mistake.
