Small Room Kit

I purchased this item called Small Room Kit:

Although it's a great little room and very versatile, any figure that is merged into the scene is standing to where the feet are below the carpet, up to the ankles.

Is there any adjustment to fix this issue?

Do I lower the whole room? Then save it as a pre-load whenever I need it so that I don't have to adjust it again?

That what I usually do when this happens, although I don't usually save it as it takes a second to lower it.
