Issues with Fantasy Skins for G8 - Unable to apply materials

So, bought the package, install was nominal, but the materials aren't accessible (see screenshot). It does say the package is installed when I right click on the package.
I don't install in the default directory, which is most likely why Victoria, Michael, and She Freak are broken for me, but material and light packages never give me issues after installing them through the manager and then manually installing them in DAZ as well. Does this package need default installation to work? Any other fixes?
Thank you!
May

Same issue - no fix yet - ticket submitted
Looks like a failure to decrypt again, theer have been a couple of those recently.
Sorry, man.
Well, that's annoying.
Worked fine for me.
@May Dawney "I don't install in the default directory, which is most likely why Victoria, Michael, and She Freak are broken for me"
None of my Content paths are default. You just need to have the Install Manager and Content Directory Manager paths be identical. All your content paths must be mapped within Studio.
How did you install? Also, do you use a different HD for your content?
It is entirely possible I broke something there. @TrraceSL, I do use my D drive as my C drive is a tiny POS that does no one any good ;-)
I have attached screenshots.
@MayDawney I don't think your path is correct in one it just says D:/Daz under studio formats and poser formats in content directory manager and in DIM say D:/Daz 3D Library the path in both has to be exactly the same
Hm, well drats. All right, changed, package unistalled, deleted, reinstalled.... nope.
If DS isn't pointed to the correct path/locaion of the items then it won't see them, you need to add the correct path which appears to be D/Daz 3D Library in Content Manager.
from log file:
2019-03-02 12:40:05.173 E:/DAZ 3D/data/cloud/1_59065/people/genesis 8/materials/fantasy skins/fs 01 with sss/fsg8 01c strong blue green.duf (1,1): Syntax error - expected '{' or '['
I have tryed manual install and phyically coping files and folders over with no luck.
Waiting on DAZ tech
Hi, I discover this topic right now.. Trying to have a look.
Do all the presets fail or only one? We are not calling for any path in any runtime or nothing, except for the file opening the documentation. Do you all have a Daz Connect install when you have the issue?
Ok, I just tried the various versions, DIM install works BUT Daz Connect Install does not so far. The Daz Connect version shows white thumbs (the ones with the "!" in them), and all the files whatever they are (sripts of duf), whoever create them (me or Cake One) show a message error.
The conclusion - coming from the fact that it happens whatever the file type, whoever created the file(s), and that DIM works - is that there must have been an issue when the Daz Connect Version was created. I am going to contact Daz to inform them about the issue so that they can fix this on their side (we cannot personally act on the Daz Connect side).
Edit: I informed Daz about the issue. An update (nothing to do with Daz Connect install) adding a few more files is also submitted. I mention it because it may influence in which order this is gonna be solved (with or before the update).
Issue has been fixed by DAZ (at least my ticket has been :) ) - uninstall and re-install
Yes, it has been confirmed by Daz that they updated the Daz Connect Installer. The solution is :
1. Uninstall the product
2. Update Metadata (in the top menu: Connect > Update Metadata)
3. Reinstall the product
4. Close and reopen DS
Not sure step 2 is required, but if they say so, let's do it!
