Coupon not working

Hi All ! I am new member and i have been buying some contents recently, Yesterday , I got an email about getting 3 months off with quarterly membership with a code, I wanted to give it a try but the coupon does not work when i apply, it says it is invalid. I have not used it before, and it is not expired. What am i doing wrong?
