material not loading

Hi, I recently bough 'A Curious Rest Stop' and 'Here And Under'... The materials starting with HU are loading, whereas HUCR are not. Can anyone explain the difference please? And how can I get them to load?

Are both textures meant to be loaded at once? I'm not sure I don't have the pack. Are you getting some kind of error?

The textures for HUCR are for Curious Respite which is available at another store.
