What caused someone? Will there be a solution?

    Please put the viewport into Smooth Shaded preview mode if you want to show nude figures.

    Do you have the Big Girls for Genesis 8 Females and the Hippo Man for Genesis 8 Males installed?

    I have Big Girls on my wishlist, is it known to cause issues?

    Yes, there is (or was - it may be worth checking for updates) an issue with a corrective morph kicking in when it wasn't needed. it can be found and zeroed in the Parameters pane.
