Video on how to create a pose and save it to pose preset.

I just saw a video of creating a pose and then saving it with 'Pose Preset'.  But now I can't find it.  The artist used a dragon to demostrate posing using an older version of Daz Studio.  Even though it's a different version of Daz it can still help me remember a couple of steps using Pose Preset.  Anyone know where I can find it?  I want to save it to my desktop for future reference.

Just Pose go to File- Save pose and direct the file to your Desktop. Then when you want to use it
just go to Import or Merge and bring up the DUF
