It states "NOT A REPLACEMENT OR AN ADD-ON for the original! None of the pose morphs from the original are duplicated in this set"
There are only TWO poses, both sitting. I manually downloaded/extracted and put the files in a separate folder so I could see the contents. There are only two poses. Under Data, continue breaking it on down to the Morphs, it says Aave Nainen>Base or Style 2, with the Custom Morphs there, and sure enough, there's only two seated morphs there. So basically I am only getting two new poses for this?
To quote the promo:
The same great versatility as the original with 24 Surface zones, 40 New Pose Morphs that work well on multiple figures...
I think with saying "none of the pose morphs from the original are duplicated in this set" and "40 new pose morphs" that I should't be opening a folder and finding TWO new pose morphs.

And yes, I did look at what's included and it states this. There's only ONE folder to download, and I got it. So?

I have to have the dress selected in Scene, then in Content Library go to Genesis in the Content Library>poses>Aave>Miss Fishers Wardrobe, and the two seated morphs are now included with the other morphs for Genesis. EDIT: And the 01-20 morphs apply only to those two seated poses.
That promo needs to be rewritten- if you are providing 20 morphs for each sitting pose, then that's what this product is. I can only assume the other seated pose has the other 20 morphs.
From the file list http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/16694/file_list it appears that there are also pose morphs for a number of pose morphss from the base G2F and V6, at least.
Richard- what it has in Parameters with the dress selected and in morphs(after scrolling down)
is the two sitting poses X-01 and 02, then it morphs 1-20, then the bell skirt options, twist, wind etc, then there are the same 1-20 only labeled V6.
This is only for TWO NEW POSES- both sitting. I think that promo stating "40 new pose morphs" is confusing. I know there's a difference in poses and in morphs, but it's not stated anywhere there are only TWO POSES with this.
Also (and I am just putzing) I thought perhaps that this might morph the same poses from the Genesis fabulous dress.
Well, I can do the poses, having Genesis 2 selected in Scene and using the Genesis/Miss Fishers poses, but when you select the dress for your Gen2, in the morphs section only those morphs detailed previously are there. So I can't even morph the poses from the Genesis pack- I am just supposed to use numbers 1-20 and tweak, tweak, tweak.
So basically this product is for two poses, sitting, with no morphs for the Genesis poses except V6 1-20.
BTW, do want to say the sitting poses and the dress morph beautifully together. No complaints about that aspect. The product is worth the money so far as getting dresses to go on flawlessly in a sitting position, and we all know what a pain that can be and the lack of morphs make some sitting figures look like they are in stiff dresses.) This glides on and has beautiful flowing lines.
Here's "out of the box" with Nova for Victoria 6 (Stalker Girl Hair minus the ponytail so it would render faster) using just the slider for that sitting pose. No tweaks to the pose. A dream come true for folks who use characters sitting down.
The 'Possibilities' for G2F have two sitting and two standig poses and one walking pose, that's all. The textures are quite nice, but I had expected more from this product.
I really like the Genesis version of the Fabulous Dress- it has a lot of poses and the sliders for the dress correspond to the pose. I am going to keep the Genesis 2 version because the sitting down pose and morphs are badly needed, but I won't be getting any other products like the one you have because I now already have sitting and standing poses (and quite the variety with the Genesis Fabulous Dress one.) I wish the promos stated more clearly on the main product page exactly what these are. The Gen 2 Fabulous Dress should clearly emphasize this is two seated poses with other morphs in general.
Thank you for buying this product Polka Dot..........I feel you may be missing out on getting full value from this outfit.......this set includes morphs for all of the Genesis 2 Female Base poses 1-20, all of the Victoria 6 Base poses 1-20, 5 custom poses and several style morphs.
This gives you a total of 45 pose morphs. Apply the pose to Genesis 2............then go to parameters tab.......under Morphs you will find all of the included morphs separated by character/category etc.
In my latest releases the morphs have been placed under Actor in the parameters tab.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions and I will try to help you get the best bang for your buck out of my products!
Novica thank you for purchasing from my store.........It does appear the uniqueness of my products are causing some confusion.
The listed G2F and V6 morphs are all separate morphs to match the default Genesis 2 Female and Victoria 6 poses and are in no way meant to be used with the included seated poses. You can certainly play with combining these morphs but they are meant to be used with the Genesis Pose of the corresponding number ie: G2F-01 pose on Genesis = G2F-01 morph on the dress. Apply the pose to the figure then apply the morph to the dress.
The Fabulous Dress for G2F does include not only the Seated X-01 and Seated X-02 morphs but also the corresponding poses for the Genesis 2 Female figure. I included these 2 poses and matching dress morphs to give my customers a couple of additional seated pose options.
All together this dress has 50+ morphs and adjustments that can be found on the Parameters tab under Morphs in the G2F, V-6, Custom Poses and Morphfun categories.
On all of my products if I have included custom poses for the DAZ figure they are listed separately in the What's Included and Features List.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions so that I may help you to get the value for money out of my products that I feel my creations offer.
There are more than 50 morphs included in this product, 40 morphs that correspond with the G2F and V6 default poses, Custom Pose morphs and Morphfun morphs.
Novica (or anyone else wanting to try this) if you have both Fabulous for Genesis and for Genesis 2 (and you have gone through the steps to get the Genesis morphs onto Genesis 2 Female) you can with a bit of patience and determination export the pose/morphed dress (Genesis Basic Female) version as an obj and then bring it back in as a morph for the G2F version.
The rigging for these figures (Genesis 1 and Genesis 2) are quite different which is one of the reasons I went with a stand-alone version for G2F. I also felt there would be little point in creating morphs for the custom Miss Fisher poses on the G2F version as those are available for the Genesis version. I felt it would be better value for my customers to have the fresh morphs for Victoria 6 included instead.
Hi Aave-
I'll get back to this and check it out. Just didn't want you to think I hadn't seen the post. I'm in the middle of two other things at the moment. Did you see the renders I did over in my art studio thread and the review? Read the entire thread through several posts. I will update and put a link to this thread for your clarification :)

Hi again Novica, yes I did see your review regarding the Genesis One version of the Fabulous dress, I'm thrilled that you took the time to post such a great review!
My concern was that you may not get full use from the Genesis 2 version if you didn't realize that the morphs for all of the 40 default DAZ Genesis 2 Female and Victoria 6 poses were included.
When I started work on the Genesis 2 Female version it was my original intent to only do the 20 default pose morphs for the G2F Base figure and offer this as an add-on for the Genesis product with the appropriate adjustments to the weight maps and rigging.........the results were less than spectacular..and would have been very disappointing for my customers.....so I decided to offer a stand alone version for G2F. It just didn't make sense to me that a stand alone product would have duplicates of the morphs available in the original version.
One never knows which other characters and/or pose sets I may want to create Fabulous morphs for, and future morph packs could be offered as add-ons to the originals.......for example there is this set of poses for Genesis:
http://www.daz3d.com/the-dance-for-aslan-court
that I'm thinking I would like to create matching morphs for........the trick will be to convince DAZ that Fabulous dress owners would like to have these morphs....and of course I would want to create equally debonair garments for male characters with corresponding morphs....
Lol...........it goes on and on.....I have so many ideas it makes my head spin......
Please let me know if you need assistance with any of my products folks........I can only help if I am aware of an issue!
and BTW if you have a favorite set of poses that you would like to have Fabulous Dress morphs for let me know which one(s), if enough people are looking for the same ones I could possibly do an add-on set.......
Sure- I'll make a screenshot chart so I can see all your poses that you already have, then I can compare them to the poses in some of the products. I think you were very, very smart to do the sitting poses, because so many dresses are stiff when bent. I'll have to go back and check some products, but happy to do that. Sounds like fun!
Meanwhile (and again, don't have your products in front of me, but this might brainstorm some other ideas even if you don't use these) the poses that come to mind for me are:
1. laying with one leg bent up like when you are on a picnic laying on the ground
2. sitting with legs draped on one side or the other of a ledge. A "straddle" type, tomboy pose. Dress pulled up to knees. Very comfy.
3. sitting, knee pulled up and bent with chin resting on it. A contemplative mood.
4. a curtsey- both hands pulling the fabric out at the sides as she dips down
5. extreme falls, forward and back. Would be more exaggerated than the dancing ones you have which are graceful. (gorgeous!)
6. thinking of historical renders- side saddle for riding a horse
7. squatting down
8. turning to the side in a cramped location. Think of her talking to a guy in a seat next to her, very little legroom. From the knee down would have to be bent back toward her hips, her knees are pointed toward her companion, and she is halfway twisted. I think a lot of people could use that one.
Ahh, then it was only a handling problem... I just returned from a weekend trip, that's why my answer is so late. I'll follow your advice and I'm almost sure that there will be no further problem. Thank you!
