    As long as it is a separate material then yes. If it's a grouped material where several items are grouped together then no.

    It looks like the road is a separate piece which you can add or not. The main promo shows the desert terrain without the pavement....if that's what the questioner meant.

    Yes indeed you can either hide or remove the road on either of the two sets, as required.
