Can anyone help me with D-formers? I am trying to find a basic tutorial on them but can't. I want to use them on
objects and other such stuff but have not had any luck. How do you get specific parts of something to change using d-formers?
Can anyone give me a brief step guide? thankyou.

even though this is for DS3 the info is still good for DS4.6 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7SEBV2GHJHA
They are fairly easy to use. Select your object, create D-former. Now you have 3 options under your object, D-former field, D-former, and D-former base from the bottom up. Select the D-former field and the vertices that are affected in the object will light up, yellow for farthest away and red for direct affect. Now just transition and scale the D-former field till it covers the area you want to deform. Now select the D-former and transition it slowly and the area you selected to deform will change shape.
I wrote a basic 'how-to' ... http://www.sharecg.com/v/71562/view/3/PDF-Tutorial/Creating-ripples-in-Daz-Studio
