Customizing a Workspace Layout

Tried to find this in what's referred to as the Daz User guide and couldn't find anything useful.
I'm wanting to reconfigure my Workspace Layout, but don't want to loose the Scripts Tab in the upper most menus. I'm not sure how I got that added (see above), probably from something I read here but it's been there for awhile, and none of the other layout presets seem to have menu.
I'm only assuming that there's something with the F3 key to bring up the Customize Daz Studio panel, but of course there's no readily available documentation on this either.
In short, where/how does one find out about this sort of stuff with Daz Studio?

The Scripts menu is created when you right-click on a library item and select "Create Custom Action". What is less well-known is that it is added to a list of custom actions that are used to make that menu. In the customize dialog, on the left side, is long list of actions, but the first entry is Custom. Expand that and you will see every custom action ever added. The menu can be customized by selecting the "Menus" tab on the right side. Expand "Main Menu" and you will see "&Scripts". That is what shows in the menu strip, and can be customized by adding or removing items, or making submenus to better organize things. You can also make new toolbars. The documentation I can find is for DS3, but the concepts are similar. Search for Customization in the documentation center (too many links to add here).
I recently helped someone with menu and toolbar customization here: Create a Custom Action for Folder? Seems to have worked out well.
Not 100% sure what Update and Merge Menus does, maybe cleans them up when plugins that add menus are installed. If it messes things up, you can always change to a preset layout and re-do the customization, if there isn't too much. The custom actions should still be in the list (on the left side of the customization dialog) even if the Scripts menu gets removed. What I do is occasionally save the layout when it is in a good mood and go back to that if it gets messed up.
The Scripts menu is created when you first right-click on an item and seelct Create Custom Actions, and other custom actions are then added to it.
You can save a lyaout from Window>Workspace>Save Layout, or from within the Customise dialogue.
You can create menus and tool bars in the Customise dialogue by dragging entries from the list on the left into the Menus or Tool Bars tabs on the right.
OK, thanks guys. I'll dig into that at some point.
Wow. And I thought the rules to Royal Phisbin were convoluted. But, success none the less.
