Daz Studio has slowed down on my PC

Yesterday I was creating a scene in Daz Studio, and, for whatever reason, it's become rather hard for Daz Studio to quickly display, install, and load in content. I have a SkyTech Oracle - Gaming Computer PC Desktop with a 120 GB solid state drive that has performed well for the near year I've had it. But Daz Studio now takes around 15 seconds to display my installed and available content. It takes much longer, usually several minutes, to install certain items and load in outfits and figures. It used to take Daz Studio only a few seconds to do all of these things. I don't know if every item I own is affected by this, but has Daz slowed down for anyone else here? Does anyone know what's going on and how to fix this problem?

How much free space do you have on your drive?

120 GB can be filled fast.

Get yourself a few terrabytes on another drive, because you will need it for content and also for saving scene files. But there is more to it than that, because Studio needs to search its files every time it starts, looking for new content, so it gets a little slower every time you add something, especially if content is on a secondary drive, which I recommend (keeping content on your C drive is asking for trouble when Windows updates).

I have 18.6 gigabytes of space left. But I've had more content installed before, sometimes as much as 108 gigabytes installed, and Daz Studio had no performance problems.

To increase my storage space, I purchased an external hard drive about a week ago that had four terabytes on it. I actually created a thread here to ask about this. I created a storage pool and copied and pasted the files I had in my Daz3D folder into that new hard drive and I installed the rest of my content onto it. I ended up installing around 130 gigabytes of content. But I discovered that when you have content on an external hard drive, it takes longer to load content into the viewport. So, I exchanged the external hard drive for an internal solid state drive with 500 gigabytes of storage, which I haven't installed yet. I just don't understand why it's gotten slower so suddenly.

I uninstalled almost all of my content, thinking that would increase Daz Studio's speed, but it still runs annoyingly slow. It still takes a long time for Daz Studio to display my installed and available content, and while most of my content uninstalled quickly, as it has since I started using Daz Connect, some products are taking over 15 minutes to simply uninstall. I uninstalled Daz and the Install Manager. I then reinstalled Install Manager and installed DAZ Studio 4.10 (Win 64-bit) through it, thinking that might solve these problems. Nothing changed. I uninstalled Daz Studio through the install manager and downloaded it again manually. Nothing changed. I don't know what's going on. In the past, even when I had filled my storage space almost completely, I didn't have these problems, and they are making Daz Studio unusable. Can someone help me solve them?
