G8 Look-a-like?

Hello Daz Community! Not sure where to put this so if it belongs somewhere else please move. I have been trying and failing at getting a certain look for G8. I would like a resemblance to Russian model Nastya Kusakina. Has someone made a model similar to this? Any guidance on a starting character or hair or... anything? I've attached a pic for reference. Any help much appreciated!
