Error help with Item I purchased

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hey there I need help with an item I downloaded I installed the item and when I try to access the item in the smart content or content library all I get is view the log because of an error. 

I check the log and I get this:

2019-03-13 00:52:54.861 Error reading file, see log for more details.
2019-03-13 00:53:27.422 WARNING: cloud\dzcloudtasknotifier.cpp(178): recv failed errno=10054

What does this mean? I tried re-importing the metadata. I even uninstalled the item and reinstalled and the same issue keeps happening, This is the item that I was dealing with if it matters.

    Are you installing manually instead of DIM?

    Thanks Richard honestly I posted it in drafts I thought it was the same post. Sorry about that. I didn't get a conformation that the post was approved.

    Hey Cris, I did it through Install manager. I should note I transfered all the assets to another drive. Everything installed but this one particular item still seems to install on the old drive. I tried deleting it and reinstalling it thinking DIM  would correct the path but it always seems to go back to my C drive in documents not sure why?
