Geoshell for characters as one texture?

Is it possible to create a geoshell for a character but the whole geoshell as ONE texture without sub categories like arms, torso etc.?

Unfortunately, not that i can find.
About the only way would be to export the shell as an obj, with 'Write materials' unchecked.
Import and it'll only have a single surface.
I would need it animated though. But doing it as .obj is a nice start at least, thank you.
If I might ask, What are you attempting to accomplish?
I might have some ideas to accomplish it.
I want to add animated textures to the body, like veins crossing the arms and torso.
Are you trying to simulate a blood flow effect?
Nothing specific at the moment, I just want to apply animated textured going across a body without having to deal with the "seams" of the textures.
