SkaMotion G8F High Heel Walk... but feet are FLAT?

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Applying the SkaMotion product, and all looks fine, except her feet are flat! Even when I try to start from a high heel foot pose the aniblock forces them flat. I do have AniMate2, and removed rotation limits on all joints.

What might be going wrong?

    No reply at all, not even from the vendor? Any suggestions on how to get the vendor to respond?
