Depends on where you installed Daz of course & the paths you've entered into DIM. However, the structure will be the same.
Extract your zip into a temp folder to start with. Find your Daz folder & expand the tree to see what subs are there.
Here's a screen grab I use to check when adding Renderosity purchases. Some items might want to go into the Runtime instead under the My Library. Just check that you've corresponding folders. If they don't, try the Runtime folder.
I use a utility that I can have two different panels open with the source & target folders selected & then can Sync them. How that's done otherwise I don't know & is too painful to think about.
For me in Windows7 its, C:\Users\MyUserName\My Documents\DAZ 3D\My Library. I unzip them into My Library where everything in the zip file(except for templates, which are not used unless you're going to create your own expansions/textures) is merged with the pre-existing file content of the Data, Documentation, People, Presets, Runtime, Scenes folders. When you open one of those zip files from Renderosity, you should note that they have the same file architecture/structure as that contained within your "My Library" folder. Be sure that you're merging them and not "replacing" files. Some characters that have, for example, both a G3 and G8 version, will come in 2 different zips and have duplicate files so that users can opt to only install the G3 or the G8 version instead of both.
When you do this, you will not find these products in your Smart Content. You will have to click on the Content Library tab, expand Daz Studio Formats, and look in My Library. I should also add that for characters, you will need to load the relevant DAZ base character first(i.e. G2,3,8 M or F) and apply/INJ/ADD the character's morphs, because they don't get loaded automatically like the Smart Content characters do.
This is how I install my Renderosity content, but I'm sure there are other ways to do it.
Getting it in the right place is easy enough, removing it is another matter. Granted, most content goes in and never comes out, but what if? There is a product here (Content Package Assist *) that can make a DIM-ready package from any third-party vendor zips. You can re-arrange the contents before you install to get it where you want (respecting the Poser or DAZ library structure requirements, not that it will stop you from making a mess of it), but at least you can uninstall it. It also sets the base product to which you can add metadata for smart content, if you want to take it to that level. Sure, that can all be done manually, but if you have more than a few, it might be a worthwhile investment.
