Help! Floor will not render!

Hi,

recently I purchased a Dojo environment:

But when I load this scene and try to render it, the floor will not render. I looked up all parameters, everything seems to be ok. But I can do what I want, change height or move it slightly - it will not appear in the final render, there is a big "hole" instead. All other props are rendered properly.

Anybody an idea what is wrong?

    Make sure the floor isn't below the Environment Ground.

    It's definately above the ground. I also lifted it up, but it will not render still....

    how thick is the floor.   In some prgrams it has to be thikcker than 1 px  I think it is.

    I take it you are using the right presets for the render engine, Iray or 3Delight?
