Issue with Genesis 3 Base in viewport

Hi Everybody,
When I load either of the Genesis 3 base characters they appear like this in the viewport.
Rendering works fine. Other Genesis 3 content appears fine and Genesis 8 Base is not affected.
I thought it started after I installed some free content, removing it didn't help. Neither has reinstalling the Genesis 3 starter essentials. Checking the log doesn't show anything. (There are warnings about missing formular something to do with expressions but I don't think they are relavent). The viewport setting looks OK.
Anybody got any ideas ? I don't really want to do a full reinstall...
Many Thanks
Steve.

I noticed a change in the texture-shaded preview a couple of months ago. It might have been a video driver update. Iray, AoA Subsurface and UberSurface always looked a little off before, like some channel other than base color or diffuse was more prominent. Now they seem more normal, if a little dark. On my system, the reflection channel dominates with Iray figures, so the eyes and tears almost glow in the preview, but renders are okay.
when was the last time you updated your G3 base files?
I redownloaded the Genesis 3 Starter Essentials files yesterday. It's something to do with Daz Studio itself not the content, I have the Beta installed and it still works fine, they are both pointing at the same content folders. Time to reinstall Daz Studio.

Hm-m. Something else I forget about. Per Pixel Shading. I was getting annoyed with the colour-cycling of some Iray materials (i.e. Terradome 3) in the Texture Shaded preview. Once I set it, I was so glad for the relief, I soon forgot about it. Didn't think it would make that much of a difference on skin tones, wasn't obvious on places and things. Without it, Genesis 3 figures are much brighter in the preview (almost over-saturated) and Genesis 8 is very glossy.
Hey,per pixel shading off fixes it but now Genesis 8 is all glossy...
Per pixel shading off
Per pixel shading on
I don't get it, I've been using Daz Studio for over two years and I've never seen Genesis 3 skin tones be affected before. It only started a couple of days ago, I haven't updated the graphics driver. I think I've had Per Pixel shading turned off before but it didn't affect the skin colour.
Guess I'll have to stick with Per Pixel Shading off and get used to a glossy Genesis 8, unless anybody has any other ideas.
