Hello everyone! I just wanted to wish you all a happy Halloween, and present a Halloween themed video I had been working on for the occasion. The video was rendered entirely in DAZ Studio (aside from bits that were post worked in After Effects), and consists only of content available here on DAZ3D. Hopefully you guys enjoy watching it as much as I liked working on it! May you all have a wonderful night of tricks and treats!

I've always used Fruity Loops for my music (or FLStudio after Kellogg's complained LOL)

Excellent! Loved the reflection in the street pond, what did you use for this straight DAZ Studio or After Effects?

Thanks again, everyone! I'm happy to hear that so many people liked it. I'd love to do this sort of thing more often, maybe I'll get faster with time and able make this stuff regularly :)

Thank you! The rippling was done in After Effects while the reflection and stuff was rendered in DS. What I did was render out the scene then rendered an animated mask with just the water showing up as white and everything else black. Then I used that mask with a noise effect as displacement in AE and added a ripple effect over top. It could be done pretty much the same in DS if it supported animated textures but it doesn't right now. I really like using AE for this sort of thing though, it's surprisingly fast and efficient :)

You'd be surprised how many people think that, I'm not entirely sure why (though it made sense when I had the eye lady avatar since it was a female figure). I'm used to it though so don't worry about it, I've always had long hair so it's happened a few times in real life as well LOL.

...I do, usually before I've had my morning tea.

    Great job.
