I have bad ADHD, and I'm confused and need help. (Custom installation of Daz Studio.)

I'm trying to install DAZ Studio on a desktop with two hard-drives. Problem is: everything defaults to the C-drive, which is tiny and just supposed to hold the OS and administrative stuff. The F-drive is where I install everything that has gigabytes of contents, like Daz Studio. But DS installs stuff in so many places and... my poor, muddled brain gets confuz.
So, I brought out my laptop, which already has DS installed, to compare. This one only has one drive, so everything is nice and straight forward, right? On the laptop, there are DAZ files installed on "programfiles," "programfiles 86," "shared documents" and in the location simply called "this computer/documents." The latter is where the Content Directory for DS is located, and thus all the gigabytes. And that's okay on the laptop, since the C-drive has all the space.
On my desktop, however... it's F that has the storage space. I've set it up to look exactly like C, as much as possible, to keep things nice and familiar for my ADHD brain. So "programfiles" "programfiles 86" and "shared documents" all exist on there. Now, here's the problem... Like I said, the Content Directory is located in "Documents," in a place simply called "this computer." I'm assuming this is not the same folder as Shared Documents, found under Users. Am I wrong here? This folder - Documents - exists on this two-drive computer as well, with no further indication of which drive it's on. Now, I'm guessing it's on C, because that's the default for everything. But like I already said, I cant have the DS Content directory there. I need to have it on F. Which brings us to:
Problem 1 - I need to have these files in a location I can easily identify, and where DS can find them and load them. Can I make a folder on F called "Documents" and put the Content Directory there? Last time I asked for help, I was simply told that it didn't matter what I called it, so just give it a name I would remember. Now, that didn't work as intended. DS couldn't find its content, which was in the default location on "this computer" instead of where I wanted it to go.
Problem 2 - I have bad inattentive ADHD. Trying to explain stuff always makes me stressed, because I know from experience that finding the correct words to describe the problem is necessary if I'm going to get help. Getting stressed makes my ADHD worse, and makes finding the right words more and more difficult, which makes my thought process more and more frantic. So, I'm just hoping that you understand what I'm trying to say. My brain feels like it's wanting to escape already, and I'm having problems even typing straight.

You can put your content directory directory in any folder you want as long as you tell DS where it is, and DIM too if you use that to install.
What method do you use to install your content?
I use DIM, because I loathe manual installation of files.
Edit: I've got DS installed, and this is what it looks like now.
So as you can see, there's only one folder under DAZ Studio Formats, while there are two under Poser Formats. On my laptop, where everything is set up correctly, both Formats folders contain two sub-folders each, called "My Library" and "My DAZ 3D Library," respectively. What went wrong here, and how do I fix it?
If you open the pane's option menu - the lined button at top-right, next to the magnifier icon in your screen shot, or right-click the tab - and launch Content Directory Manager from the menu you can add, edit, or remove folders from the list DS checks. You need to make sure that you have the folders with your content selected; the folder that holds the Runtime and/or Data folder.
Make a new file path such as the one I have on the new hard drive or location of your choice. here is an example
E:\Users\Public\Documents\DAZ 3D\InstallManager\Downloads
This is where the new files will be deposited.
In your Daz-Dim instalation manager add this path See attachment.
All future downloads will then go to this folder.
When you open Daz simply search for content
From then on it will be automatic.
I have to do the same since my main drive is a 230 gb solid state to run programs and a 1 tb file hard drive.
What would ya know, DAZ Studio is up and running. :) Thank you so much, guys!
I want to ask a question along with this one that has already been answered.

So here goes, How do I set up Daz Studio to not use or install the Public Folders. I want to use the installer, but I cannot seem to tell it not to use those folders. My PC is a Private rig setup up for my Schooling and Small Biz. Call me overprotective, but I have already been hacked by Ransomware by using the Hybrid Office system through GoDaddy when I started my Website and I lost everything including the PC itself and I have had to build a new PC and I really do not want to go through that again as I am Disabled and cannot afford to.
Things have changed so much since I used Daz Studio previously under a different moniker :).
Thanks in advance for any help.
