What do with these eyebrows...

Or the figure in general. I do know there are other things off about his face but right now the eyebrows are really bugging me. It seems like they're really, really throwin' things off.
I've worked with them already in Photoshop but I don't know what else to do really. I don't know what exactly is wrong. I am also not well versed in actual artwork or rather working with the texture map in PS.
So I cannot erase and manually draw new ones on that I need, also, wouldn't know where they were supposed to go...
I just don't even know what to do here and it's drivin' me crazy.
Also do not say 'fix those lips' please because i have done all I can I cannot make it more round on the bottom no matter how hard I try.
I have attached images of the actual dude, and the most recent 'photoshoots' I've done of him, after altering his face a little, I wanted to test it.
Also, IDK what hapepned to his nose in that one of him sitting up? It looked fine afterwards but it looks weird there for some reason?

That probably isn't the greatest photo of Jensen to compare eyebrows to as he's actually raising his right one for his expression, also, he doesn't really have thick brows, they're really pretty thin. Here's a better photo of them:

Do you have any suggestions on what I should do with them specifically?
I'd recommend finding brushes meant for eyebrows, or even small blades of grass would work. Right now your brows look like smudged areas of pure color, which aren't what brows are. Once you find a set of brushes that work for you, you can use a photo of him as an overlay and kind of paint in the areas using his photo for reference.
