Loading new clothes into a scene automatically fits onto a figure?

Hi, I'm not sure why I'm having this issue. In the past I was able to load a clothing item into the scene without it automatically fitting onto a figure. I'm not sure if I accidentaly hit some setting but if I have a single figure loaded, merging new clothes into the scene will automatically fit onto the figure even if I have nothing selected into the viewport.

How do I prevent this?

    That is not normal behaviour. Are you quite certain that you do not have the figure selected in the scene? You can check this for certain by looking under the Scene tab. Expand the view for the figure. Having any part of the figure selected will trigger autofit.  Nothing there should be highlighted if there is nothing selected.

    Yes, certain on that end. I've been using Daz for 7 months and first time have run into this issue about two days ago. Restarting PC doesn't solve the issue. It happens on new scenes with new figures as well so it's not persistant to the save file. Only workaround I've found is to manually drag the clothing into the scene, since merge still fits it.
