HDRI Focus

I'm trying to use the Cake & Bob HDRI content but I am having a problem with the image being far too large and out of focus. I've switched off the DOF on the camera, but it makes no difference to the image on screen. I've used HDRI in the past and not had this problem. I'm pretty sure it's something I've got set wrongly, but haven't a clue where to look.

There are sets with DOF burned into the HDRI. Are you sure you haven't picked up one of them?
