Products not showing in content library tab

I am using the latest DS 4.6 and I use DIM. In the Content Library tab if I go to the Products section, I have a lot of missing stuff. For example, if I go Products -> C -> Chelsea Hair, it is empty. I have a lot of products that are doing this. If I do a search for Chelsea, Chelsea Genesis will show up but none of the hair colors or anything else will. I have tried to re-import the metadata and reinstall it to see if it will show up with no luck.

I have searched the forums but have had no luck so if this had been discussed before, I apologize.

    Make sure that the path you're installing to in DIM matches the paths mapped in DS -- if you had DS prior to DIM then it won't have the default DIM path mapped.

    All the paths are good. It is like if I make a purchase of 5 items, 4 will show up properly but 1 will be empty.

    Is there a tut to show how to manually install the content? I only have the Genesis female content, but not sure how to install it. Are there not any figures that come with teh DS4 already? I need help with this also
