Quick question about a certain product

I hope this isn't inappropriate to ask this, I just wanted to get a little background before I purchase this product.

Has anyone bought this and if so, how did it work? I'm not asking for the tips, more if it really does speed up rendering that much while keeping quality. It seems crazy that if this works, it wouldn't be the standard in Daz.  Also is it in plain english? I can get confused quickly with Tech Jargon. I've been Daz'ing for 3 years now so I have a pretty decent vocabulary for it.

Anyway, if anyone has any feedback or experiance with this, I'd love to hear your feedback.
