FBX HUGE ISSUE

So I tried to import an Fbx to daz:

On MACOS, when i import FBX, it just shuts down out of nowhere !! I tried on the public beta too, SAME ISSUE !

On Windows, it says "Error occured while importing the file. See log file for details. When i open the log file it says "Error importing file: C Exception: Memory Access Violation - Attempted to read memory at adress 0x00000028" "File imported in: 0.2 sec" "Failed to import: C:/ani-test-.fbx" "Unhandled exception during operation"

    What was the FBX exported from? Was it a rigged item or a static prop?

    It was an fbx eported from Daz, animated the morphs, and tried to get it back :/

  • Hi Aniani02, but where did you animate the morphs? Motionbuilder? some other program?  not all programs write their fbx exporters the same..

    If you share the file, I can test for you, I use fbx all the time

    Please take that file off line as it is the Genesis 8 Male mesh, which may not be redistributed.

    modo also gives errors, though it does open the model (in distorted form) so I suspect it's a flaw with the export settings or the source application.
