Without any other info it's pretty much impossible to tell. Are you overclocking anything? Did you mess with any BIOS settings? Did you install them correctly? Is this a new build? Did you install drivers correctly and update them? Did you put the cards in the correct PCI slots? And so on.....

- Driver installed from the scratch on a fresh formatted Windows 10 x64

- The computer is an old build, always worked on Daz 4.10

- Of course cards are in the correct pci slots ...

- SLI not present

So what's new, you just bought four new 1080ti's and installed them? Did you have any video cards previously? 

Generally with stuff like this I simplify and narrow down by uninstalling whatever isn't important, and then start adding back to see what causes the problem. For example, try it with one GPU and see if that works. 

Clearly, there's something amiss with your system since there are tons of users with dual GPU's that work fine.

Fresh installed windows 10, so that's totally not something related to the operative system.

418 is known to be bad, 419 should be good but some people did report issues, 417 is pretty safe by most accounts.

No matter what GPU I select or what driver I use, it arrives to the 50% of the render and then boom, this error.

What should I uninstall if the only software installed is Daz and Google Chrome?

I've even tried using 1 GPU at time, it still goes in that error. As information: I've assembled over 200+ workstation in my IT career, so I'm not a newbie in these things. I was just wondering if anyone knew what could be the problem related to.

Do you have the denoiser turned on? I had that happen with one specific environment when I had the denoiser turned on. If so turn it off.

Same here. The denoiser crashes my RTX 2080 in every scene no matter what driver i use. Still searching for a solution.

A friend of mine suggested me to limit all the gpu electrical power to the 60%, gonna make some tests and let you know.

Is your GPU running hot? Undervolting helps with over heating. If that isn't an issue you'll be losing performance for no reason.

For problems like this, it is best to go to the most basic configuration that you can.  Remove all but one of the 1080ti cards from the system.  Use a program like Display Driver Uninstaller to remove all traces of previous drivers, then reinstall a driver that is known to be fine with Daz Studio and iray (such as 417).  Try rendering a scene with a single primative and then try a single figure, then a full scene.  If you get that working, add another card back in and test again.

It might also be worth installing the current DS build (4.10) and trying that with a single card - I believe that you can have the current build and the beta installed at the same time.

Also would be a good idea to post the system specs, particularly the PSU and CPU.

Nevermind. I found out talking with other creators that it is the De-noiser. Disabling it, everything works. So that's another standing ovation to the Daz developers that I supposed they already fixed it maybe, but the "fixed build" stays still private. So whatever. Another life to get something working.

However, the Specs:

• Gigabyte X299 Ultra Gaming
• 64GB RAM DDR4 3000Mhz
• PSU Corsair 1500W
• Windows 10 Pro 1809 (17763) (clean install)

So how a totally clean operating system with only Daz and Nvidia drivers can cause issues? Assuming it's even offline to prevent buggy win10 updates? And why should the bug stop if de-ticking the De-noiser option? LOL

Nothing of that matters at all, all to care about is NVidia driver version and Iray plugin version.

 

I recently was experiencing horrible nonstop crashing too but current Nvidia driver 441.08  version probably fixed it as it did not crash for entire day already

440 driver was crashing nonstop for all and no reasons.
