Open the Surface pane and with your model selected you will see all the material zones for that model.  Pick a zone and in the Diffuse of the Iray shader there will a small square that point to the texture file being used.  Different shaders use names other than Diffuse but if they are using a texture channel it is almost always near the top.

A material may use multiple maps, which you need to edit for a given effect will vary. The daz figures split the mesha cross several maps, there isn't a single master map with everything (unless you remap the mdoel, and then you would have to build the textures to match).

AS Richie says there is no map for the whole body. Editing a map is relatively easy but it becomes much more difficult if it crosses a texture seam, though not impossible.

The diffuse shader is the one your after but be aware that DS skin shaders have many other nodes attached so when you apply your new testure you'll have to make sure to replace your new one to the appropriate nodes. And of corse not overwrite the original texture file when you save the new one.
