can't believe it. just saw this amazing new release https://www.daz3d.com/assimilating-brain-unity , which would have been an immediate buy... until i looked at the promo pictures and realized the "human" figure is a chick. ONLY. no male alternative, and it's not a product adaptable to G8 or anything, it's a prop.
way to go.. well now it's an immediate buy NOT. sucks. there are so many excellent beautiful/interesting cyborg/similar products (here and rendo too) which are just for/with chicks - but we get our share of disgusting looking male monsters oh yay i'm so glad, except i never would buy one of those.
not happy :(

i thought it was a shame the manequin is part of the prop,
I know the top half removable but the legs are part of the base,
all you can do is hide them with the geometry editor or use catout opacity to make invisible and pose another figure in there.
making Poses for DAZ figures to fit would have been more useful
sure.. it's always possible to hide parts and add own figures, pose them etc - tho all the work involved when chick fans can just use it out of the box, nah. i don't get a price reduction either even i can't/won't use a main part of the stuff, so it's way easier to just ignore the product(s). i was so excited as i saw it... and then so disappointed. but it's not so important, i'll just save money to use it on male or less limitative products.
and i agree 100% it would have been more useful to make poses or whatever to allow the use of daz figures ~
Well this set certainly uses a lot of resources, but as you pointed out, ManekiNeko, it would have been better to allow G8 to fit. And maybe some pose presets to put individual items in the right places?
Regardless, I did get G8F to squeeze into it, thought she was not comfortable, especially her arms and shoulders.
