I can't install or unistall anything using DIM

Hi All, my first post here.
Yesterday I was trying to work with daz, but an error was showing up everytime I was trying to launch the program. "a valid postgresql cms connection could not be established" and I immediatly decided to surf the net looking for a solution. Nothing changed etcetc so I decided to unistall everything and start over. The problem is, everytime I re-install DIM and I log in into my account, everything show up in the installed files even if I deleted every file in every directory. If I try to unistall DAZ from the installed products I can't install it again since it give me an error. If I close DIM after unistalling DAZ, whenever I open DIM again, DAZ will show up as a installed product but obviously I don't have the program installed. I think it might be that it's obviously connected to my account's product library. How can I start over in the cleanest way? Because I don't think I can empty my product library online and I can't understand how to unistall everything again in a cleaner way. And then, even if I'll be able to run everything smoothly, there will be that error message again that I really don't know how to fix!
Thanks for your help and sorry for my english

Install Manager uses the .dsx files in the /Daz Install Manager/Manifests folder to track what is installed. If you can't clear that, and if DIM itself can't remove the files after unisntalling DS, and if you can't communicate with PostgreSQL (assuming it was installed) then I suspect the issue is access to the associated folders - have you run Install Manager as administrator - right-clicked on the application and selected Run as Adminsitrator or the equivalent? That could well cause problems. Another possibility is that your security software is interfering - what do you use?
Hey Richard, sorry for not replying you back in these days but I was tremendously busy at work! After reading your message I unistalled everything again (even the .dsx files in the folder you said, because I didn't delete them in ther previous attempts). DIM is still giving me the same errors. I can't remember if I've ever run DAZ as administrator honestly. I use windows defender firewall! (Anyway, I think PostgreSQL was installed as well. I can't understand why DAZ started to give me that error like a week ago out of nowhere)
Here a screen of which products I can't install
Thanks for your help, truly appreciated!
All those products install software, not content, and must go with your program files. Have you changed your Program Files location or access restrictions, or something along those lines? Check if DIM settings has the correct path for 32- and 64-bit software.
Infact my problem is I can't install DAZ (the software) anymore. At the moment I don't care that much about the contents, I just need to properly install DAZ again to actually be able to solve that postgreSQL problem I had when I was trying to open DAZ last week.
The directories for the installation seem right to me, but I'll attach another image to have your opinion
What do you have set up under the "Applications" tab there?
Actually that tab is completely empty. Do you think that could be it?
Does the Program Files/Daz 3S/DazStudio4/ folder exist? If so try removing it, then try installing again.
Nope, I just have the DAZDIM folder in the DAZ 3D directory!
Well mine is filled in with the path for DAZ Studio 4.5+ (64-bit) as C:/Program Files/DAZ 3D/DAZStudio4 and DAZ Studio 4.x Public Build (64-bit) as C:\Program Files\DAZ 3D\DAZStudio4 Public Build - I don't know whether that is necessary or not?
I have no idea. I don't even know how I should use the two different directories you quoted, if I need to create the folder myself or what. I can't believe I'm having trouble making a clean installation for days D:
The two folders in the Installation tab are the default Windows folders where applications are installed, and is standard for most WIndows setups, so no need to play with them. Software installers know how to find these folders from Windows settings, so they will install 32- and 64-bit applicatins where they should go. Inside DIM, they use these settings maybe because it is handling the installation within its framework.
DAZ Studio is usually the first program that would be installed. It should invoke the DIM Helper app with a UAC (User Access Control) prompt to "allow this program to make changes to your computer", or something like that. The DIM Helper keeps it own log file, which you can access from the Settings panel by clicking on the Show Log... button while holding the CTRL key. (If you hover the mouse over the button, you will see an information strip appear). Any installation messages (failure or success) will show up there. Anything of interest in there?
If i click while holding the CTRL key nothing happens apparently. Here's my log file, if someone can find it useful (I can't understand nothing from these lines lol)

That last message might be a clue. Does the file Hlog.txt exist in the indicated folder? It should be with the regular log.txt (the same file from which you copied the text). Is it read-only, or does it have any special security settings? You should have Full Control as shown in right-click->Properties->Security tab. Try renaming it (to keep it for future reference) and see if DIM can create a new one when you try to install DAZ Studio. Again.
While you are there (in AppData/Roaming/DAZ 3D/InstallManager/) go to UserAccounts and edit your profile (looks like it would be Account.ini, based on the messages). Check to see if the info for the various parameters matches your DIM settings. (Don't post your Account string, that is your private code for connecting to your DAZ3D account, but the rest is innocent enough to share, if needed).
Unfortunatly the hlog.txt file doesn't exists and at this point I think the error shown in the log file should be there for this reason. Regarding my profile in the Account.ini, it looks fine to me since all the directories are the default ones and exactly the same of the ones shown in the DIM settings.
So, Hlog.txt does not exist, and the errors are most likely because it cannot create one. Try to make an empty file with that name, maybe DIM will use it if something is there, even if it is blank.
What about the folder where it supposed to go, is it read-only, or does it have any unexpected security restrictions? Verify all the way up to AppData that you have Full Control of those folders.
About the user name Account, I presume you never changed it from the default? Try making another DIM account with a different name, using the same settings as the original and see if it has more success.
As you suggested, I created an empty file with that name and DIM actually open it when I click holding ctrl on the log button, but obviously the file is empty.
The different folders of the directory are not read-only, as far as I can tell, but I've the same authorizations as I have in different folders for different softwares (photoshop, for example) so I think everything is alright? No unexpected security restrictions.
About the new account you're suggesting: Do you mean I need to try to create a new account online and triyng to log into it in DIM? I'll try.
Thanks for your time and patience, truly appreciated!
A new account in DIM is not a new account for DAZ, it's just an alias, but it does make a new profile for DIM. It's your e-mail and password that counts when connecting (same as logging in to the DAZ3D site). If you have the software downloaded already, you can just use it Offline to test if you have more success installing without having to go on-line.
