Are you trying to model one or is it kitbashing?

If you want true integration, you'd have to make a geograft. Unfortunately, my knowledge about that is extremely limited, but I know that you have to start with geometry of "donating" figure, in your case, the G8M. Is this the effect you are looking for, or something more "bidedal"?  https://www.daz3d.com/submerged-inside-hexagon-and-daz-studio--bundle

For kitbashing, you could try hiding the lower body by clicking on the eye symbol in the scene tab of the bone. Then, move the scorpio-tail so that it fits. Scaling might be neccessary. Hanging clothing can be able to hide the collision points, and/or postwork is probably neccessary.

I'm a noob, and so I would use the simplest solution: a rigid follow node!
