Would I need an interactive license for this?

If a had a simple role playing game that gives simple choices like user clicks on Answer "XY" this render comes up or user clicks on Answer "YX" this other render comes up would I need an interactive lincese for that?

From what you described, you render an image and that image will be used in your game.As long as you use rendered images and not upload the actual mesh&figure into your game, you don't need the interactive license.

However, if you want to make sure, put in a ticket with customer support, explain to them what you want to do, and get their okay.

If it uses 2d renders/sprites then no

If it uses 3d figures which need the mesh/geometry of the products  then it would need the interactive license
