Reaching model creators?

Is there a way to email the makers of a model with a question. I bought the Walker model by AntFarm and want to customize some parts. I'd like to email them with some questions. I've Googled their name but can't find an page or email. Anyone know how to reach them?

By customize some parts, is it something you can do with D-formers or the polygon group editor? Some of the vendors are on the forum, did you search for them here first?

You can send a PM through Private Messages link at the top of the forum page. Just do a search for the name when creating a new message.

Thanks. I'll give that a shot. I've tried the usual parameter adjustments, but some parts offer no option to scale. The body of the walker can be scales, for instance, but the legs can't. I am able to select parts with the polygon selector (love that lasso tool) but I don't know how to adjust them from there. Any advice or tutorials on that?

If you open the Parameter or Posing pane's option menu (right-click on the tab or click the menu button in the top corner) there should be an option to Show Hidden Parameters.

Thanks, but I've also tried that. Say I want to scale one leg so it is thinner, I highlight that leg okay and go the parameters and "show hidden" but no new options are made available. It seems some parts of the model are simply locked.

I did find some tutorials on the Daz sit about the Poly Group Editor. These seem to rely, however, on a Tool Setting pain that I don't seem to have on my Daz 4.6. Apparently in that window panel you can select polis, create a new face group, and assign the selected polis to that face group.

You want Window > Tabs > Tool Settings, with the Polygon Group Editor tool selected.

Ah, that did the trick. Thanks. Now to hopefully be able to use those tools to adjust x and y scale of parts of this model that aren't adjustable in the paremeters tab.
