Luxus for Carrara

When I first saw the product store page for a Luxus for Carrara, I was excited. The first thing I did was to check and make sure it was appropriate for my version of Carrara, which is Carrara Pro 7. The only requirement it mentioned as far as compatibility was "Carrara". I took that to mean it would work with all versions of Carrara since no certain version was specified.. Imagine my delight when after forking out the 30 bucks and going to download, my only choice was for Carrara 8...
I've contacted Daz twice since the 23rd requesting refund of my money, since I didn't download the unusable version of Luxus. All I've gotten from them are cricket noises. It's really disappointing. Daz used to be really good about taking care of their customers, but apparently those days are gone. I'd hate to think I'd have to end an almost 10 year relationship with Daz.
Is anyone else having issues with being ignored by the Daz support staff?

I just received an apology that, because of the Zendesk glitch last month that closed out a bunch of tickets, they now have a large number of tickets to deal with. What's your ticket number?
