Lil' Scrap Boy long render time

I have purchased both the Lil' Scrap Boy and the Lil' Patch Girl recently.

I tried to do a render with The Lil' Scrap Boy at low-res (viewport setting) but the program just hangs and never finishes. It's consuming 1603 GiB of memory for textures, whereas the Lil' Patch Girl only takes 2 minutes to render and uses only 331 GiB for textures.

I used the same Viewport render settings for both figures, no lights or props, just the figure with the headlamp. After 5 minutes, I had to close the DAZ program which said it was not responding.

Is there some inherent difference between these two products?

I am using Iray for both at Viewport render settings. Nothing fancy. Just the figure with no lights or props.

I have attached the screenshots of DAZ Studio from both renders.

    I don't have the female figure but the male figures render subD level is set to 5, which is pretty high, try turning it down to 4

    Or even 3. Each subdevision level quadruples all polygons with each level.

    That makes sense. Thanks. The female figure is default of 4.

    I adjusted the scrap boy to 4 instead of 5 and it renders just like patch girl now. Very quick at viewport setting. Thanks!
