Lighting issue & 22 parker road

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to create an image in which somebody is on the outside looking in using the 22 parker road set. If you look at the render I posted, you can see that there are two reflections that shouldn't be there. So my question is what's causing them and second is there any way to get rid of them? There is no camera light being used and I set the render settings to scene only. The set comes with preloaded with 12 lamps so I'm wondering if shutting one of them might solve this? Anyway, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks!!

It looks like you're getting a reflection off the light post outside the window. You can select the surface for the bright part of it and turn emissive off, or place something in front of it to block the light.

Thanks! Well, actually I figured out how to correct that simply by turning off two of the lights but now something else is wrong. If you look at the character standing outside the window, you can see that there are some strange stripes appearing on the sleeve of her robe. I was wondering if somehow adjusting something in the surfaces tab might correct the problem? I'm using i13 Visions Silk Robe for the Genesis 3 Female by Ironman13.

I don't have that product, but looking at the promo, it may be the way the robe is made, or maybe the shader used on it. You could try enabling Subdivision for it and see if that smoothes it out. Does it show up if you just render the robe by itself?

I don't know and I'm not sure what you mean when you say enabling subdivision. I'm still just a beginner. Ironman sells another type of robe for G3 female that's currently on sale right now. I think I'm going to try purchasing it and see if that works any better. Thanks for your help!! I appreciate it!!
