Concerning Dragonish Humanoids

Hallo! New user here. After Daz being recommended to me by a friend, I decided to have a go at it.

I'll admit that the entire thing goes over my head, despite going through all the tutorials and whatnot. So I'll just go ahead and state more or less bluntly what I'm after. The main motivation behind downloading it was to make a dragonborn-looking fellow, after the race of half-dragons in D&D. How would I go about making the head and whatnot?
