No Smart Content with the dForce Helena outfit?

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

So far as I can see dForce Helena Outfit has non-functioning Smart Content at the garment level, but once loaded 'manually' via COntent Library teh textures do show up as expected. I re-imported the metadat just in case, but to no avail - is this just me?
