Is there a way to reset dim?

Is there a way to reset dim so it makes me reinstall everything? Last month, I had problems with my daz studio after windows update. Now some of my content has lost its connection to other parts it needs to run. Dim thinks its there but its not. So I would like to reinstall it all.
I was going in and just uninstalling stuff, but...The thing that I have found though, is sometimes I will uninstall something, and it won't show back up in dim to re-download. I do still have it in my product library on site though.
So is it possible to blow dim's preferences away and make it think nothings' installed? so I can reinstall it all again?

EVERY-thing? Sounds drastic. It will all have to be downloaded again to be re-installed. You could be more surgical by downloading the ones that seem to be broken and doing a reinstall. With DIM, to force it to show as ready to download, normally you have to uninstall, but you can download manually instead and drop it in your Package Archive folder (where DIM would normally put the downloads). Refresh DIM to update its status, then select the installed product, right-click and select "Re-install package(s)..." Don't know if the Re-Install Package(s) option is available if the archive is not present, or if it will automatically download it and re-install.
If you really want to start over, just move or delete the manifests from the Manifest Archive folder. Refresh DIM and it should see nothing installed. If you delete the manifests, there is no recovering that data, unless you go to the recycle bin.
I would prefer not to, but uninstalling items doesn’t work. Some of the items I uninstall don’t queue up to download for some reason. They aren’t hidden, just missing, something is wrong with my dim list.
Try downloading a problem one manually, and save it in your regular download folder. If it has been uninstalled, it should show up in your Ready to Install list after you refresh DIM.
Yes, I can see it there when I do it that way. I'm just not sure how many are there, that I've uninstalled and don't display any longer.
Check the package info popup (on mouse hover) to see if DIM found the order ID and date to see if it synched with your account. You can put anything in that folder and DIM will use it if it's a proper DIM package.
You can check the DIM log to see your installation history. They should all be listed there, but I don't know if it starts a new log when you restart DIM, or some other trigger.
It won't download missing packages, no.
Thanks. I may live with it now..but it sure is frustrating. I’m not sure why dim has trouble recognizing My content this way.
