Need help -completely- reinstalling DAZ / PostgreSQL Errors

Uhh, I think I kinda messed up. I did a new install of DAZ Studio while a Windows uninstall of the PostgreSQL stuff  was still running. Now I can't access any content in DAZ Studio and get an error upon booting.

The thing is, even after reinstalling DAZ both through DIM and Windows, and reinstalling the PostgreSQL stuff, and reinstalling DIM and trying it all again, the error persists. I suspect there's some leftover files or something that went wrong that initial install and is now giving the system gyp. Reason I suspect that is that DIM seems unable to read the filesize of the PostgreSQL package. What can I do to fix this? Reinstalling everything DAZ-related is not a problem, I'm not afraid of losing content.

I would really like to use DAZ for an illustration project which might otherwise be too complex for me to handle, and the deadline is approaching fast - so any help you can give me is very much appreciated!

Try uninstalling PostgreSQL, then go to C:/Program Files/DAZ 3D/PostgreSQL CMS/ and make sure it's really gone befor reinstalling.
