How do I set an arm pose for all frames in an animation

I have a partial pose that just affects the arms (Collar, shoulders, Forarms, etc) and I want to apply this arm pose to all frames of an animation that is about 100 frames long.
How can I do that?

If you set the pose on the first frame of the animation and make sure there are no key frames on the arms for the rest of the animation, the arms won’t move from their initial position. You don’t HAVE to set the position of an arm or whatever on every frame.

Can someone write a step by step process of how this is done if its not too much trouble?
