Genesis 8 Figures Resource Error

I just started getting a resource error: files do not exist error when trying to open up Genesis 8 figures. I had to do a reinstall of my database due to space limitations, and everything else opens okay except for those files. I can open them from the folder, and when I do a browse to content, everything is where it should be. Any help would be appreciated.

    I installed them with the Install Manager, which has worked up until now. This issue just started happening a few days ago.

    If you find Genesis 8 Starter Essentials in the Products tab of Smart Content what, if any, icon does it have at top-right of the thumbnail?

    There is a box with an exclamation point in the middle of the icon, no thumbnail picture.

    That means the image is not found (but it should still have an icon, just superimposed on the top-right of the frame). It does sound as if a Connect install was made but the files were then removed, or the Connect data directory changed.
