Try messing with the Faun, Cat, the Wild ears and the pointed ears. You will need to mix the morphs and possibly use others drom other sets to get the exact look you want.

Looks like it is a combo of HFS Head 08 Alien, HFS Torso 08 Alien, and HFS Legs 11 Alien.
